We invite you to experience the sandy white beaches of PCB with your family and friends! + Sleeps 11 people in beds. + 2 off street parking spots, accommodations for 1 extra vehicle can be made with advance approval from owner + Fantastic location only 3 blocks from the beach. + Easy boating access into the Gulf of Mexico from the Bay. + Close to many tourist attractions including clubs, restaurants, water-parks, golf-courses and more. The Space: This is one unit in a very large triplex just a few blocks to the beach. This three-story unit has 2 bedrooms (which sleep 4), a large loft area area attached to one of the bedrooms (that sleeps 5), a queen sleeper sofa in the downstairs living room (Sleeps 2) and a twin sleeper sofa in the downstairs living room (sleeps 1). So - the unit can sleep a total of 12 people in beds! This entire building has just been refurbished completely inside and out. New roof, exterior, AC units as well. New paint inside and out, all new flooring, appliances, and hot water heaters. Guest Access: Keyless front door entry. The Neighborhood: + Friendly beach neighborhood with a laid-back lifestyle. + Walk-ability to the beach on the Panhandle. + Close to the bay with boat access. + Close to nightlife, entertainment, golf courses and many tourist attractions. Everything was as pictured, very comfortable, convenient and walking distance to shopping area. Beach was few blocks away. Special thanks to “Barbie” that helped us when our SUV broken down. She truly went above and beyond to help us! I truly recommend this stay. Thank you

This property was great!! The only complaint I have is that the upstairs master bedroom was not cool enough and we had to buy a fan to try and cool it down. I also wish that the bed in the master bedroom was bigger it was only a full size bed and it was super small when your little one crawls in bed with you but this was not a game changer for me. The unit was clean and the kitchen was small and cozy it made me want to cook in it. I would defiantly stay here again. We had a little bit a trouble getting in when we got there and I emailed his property and they helped us immediately. Thank you for the exceptional experience.
