Great location but that’s about it.

It was a great location and quiet neighbors. Not very crowded at the private beach access area. Plenty of space for 3 adults and 3 kids.

The condo is very dated and needs some love and attention. The condo looked clean upon arrival and at first glance. However, the floors left your feet black if you walked barefoot, there was mold on the shower curtains, the beds were so uncomfortable we had to buy mattress toppers to make them bearable after our first night, and the dryer makes a TERRIBLE sound when on and requires 2 cycles to dry. These were the major issues. If I wanted to get nit picky I could come up with a longer list. We will not be back despite the amazing beach.

Quiet, clean, affordable, close to everything

Only negative I have is the spiral staircase was so tiny and had parts that were loose and the master bed needs replacing, noticeable worn out spot/dip in the middle that killed my back all week

NOT WORTH THE PRICE PAID!

Location to beach. Separate bedroom and loft bedroom perfect for a family. The grounds are kept clean, the pool kept clean, plenty of chairs, tables around pool. Pool's restrooms were clean and well maintained. People in various units using the pool and common area were very nice. Met alot of very nice folks from various states.

we ( 4 people) had no shower/tub for 3 days, knob was broke. I sent pictures to PM customer service and kept contacting customer service and finally on 3rd day repair person came. Which indicates whoever is to clean the unit after each use is not doing their job or else it would have been reported of the broken knob. The dishwasher was full of spoiled food from shrimp shells and flies left by previous tenants use, which means this unit was not cleaned prior to our use; gagged and nearly threw up when we opened the dishwasher door. We had to clean out ourselves and run couple times with just soap/water in order to use. Dryer has a belt going out and the whine is so loud you don't want to be in unit while its running. Front door deadbolt could not be turned to bolt from inside for sense of security at night. Spiral stairs iron metal treads have ends that stick out too far and are not protected and 2 of us found that out quickly. We tied towels ( I sent pictures to Customer Service) to the 3 ends that were dangerous to all 3 of our different heights. Floors and rug so dirty our feet were black before we even stepped outside 1st morning! 3 days I waited and asked to be transferred to a new unit - nothing. no one should expect to pay full price for this unit and what we experienced. To date I have not received a refund or credit for another stay which is what I requested. I was told in a text by main office customer service of the PM company it would be made right, but its been over 2 weeks and still nothing not even a text of follow up.

Very poor cleaning job.

(E2) Great location away from the busy part of town but just a short drive to everything. The landscaping around the pool area was beautiful and the pool was clean. Beach is just steps away! If the condo had been cleaned properly our stay would have been 10/10!

(E2) Dishes were NOT clean. Grease, crumbs, & cheese were on the first plate when we opened the cabinet. The second plate was greasy and you could see it had just been wiped around. We ended up having to take everything out that we planned on using and wash it all first. There was major water damage on the shower ceiling with mold on it. Our sheets had not been changed! There was sand on the foot area when we went to lay down. There was no bedspread, only sheets. The chairs on the balcony are covered in mildew stains. After paying a $115 cleaning fee, it was disappointing to have to clean everything ourselves.

walking distance to the beach. pool was great feature for the kids. loved the stairs to the loft area for the kids to play and sleep

The second unit was nice, but it had issues that were never repaired

I was told there was an elevator at the property.....there was not!! We had to call the fire department to come help us get my kid up to the third floor, but it still wouldn't work because they wouldn't be able to come back to bring him back and forth up and down the steps. We had to wait outside for over 4 (yes FOUR) HOURS in the RAIN with my kid in a wheelchair before anyone from the company called me back. When they finally got us another place the pull-out bed was badly broken and unusable. The thermostat did not work, and there were ants in the kitchen. I called in the issues and was told someone would be out, but no one ever came. I ended up having to go buy air beds so we could get some rest. We had to open both doors to get a breeze since the air/thermostat situation was never repaired, and had to deal with the pest problem ourselves. I asked for compensation since we were unable to use the property the first night. No compensation was given (my request was for an additional night on the back end since we lost a night due to negligence on there part). We were offered 15% off once I called back........THAT WAS A TRASH MOVE ON THERE PART!!!! I was highly disappointed to say the least.

Disappointing

There was no breakfast given to us we had to buy our breakfast the only thing that was ok was the balcony the room still had personal items in the closet the mop was disgusting and left in the closet we could have used more bath towels and wash cloth’s there was one roll of toilet paper the people that was next to us fought and argued the whole time hitting the walls knocked the picture in our room off the wall they was loud every night they was smoking weed we couldn’t even be outside because it was so strong and stinky

great location and I would stay here again if some of these things were taken care of.

I loved the ground level. this helped so much with the kids

the dish washer did not work. I didn’t expect to have to wash dishes the whole vacation. we had to get a blender delivered bc there was only half a blender on property. silver wear and utensil holders were disgusting. we did not have any blankets for the pull out bed. only sheets. we did call but no one ever brought any. there was black mold all over the bathroom. drawers were broken when trying to pull them out. couch was nasty. pull out bed topper had stains all over it. fridge would not get very cold. tvs were very confusing and remotes didn’t seem to work half the time. I loved the place it has just been very run down and you can tell no one has been taking care of the place.

I wouldn’t stay again by choice,

visibly nice

roaches or the security of the property, and how easy it was for someone to enter ur dwelling ! the assistance you were provided by the staff , if you’re locked out of the unit or anything they will not answer ur call or you’re on hold for hours, I was locked out my place for hours without assistance

Do not recommend.

Beds were okay, good space for fam.

Unpleasant odor once walking in. Smelled like an old home. Called Vacasa who actually manages this property to see if i could get moved to a different unit. And was told definitely not. And pretty much i could leave and would get my money for the nights not stayed. Getting a refund is not instant, so i had no choice but to try and air out the place with open doors. Even had to buy air freshners and a plug in. Found the problem air filter was disgusting and vents had what seemed like mold and were filthy. On our last night they only offered to send someone out. So i dont think even with fixing that the smell would be gone from 1 day to another. But in reality this place needs better maintenance, pretty sure vents need to be replaced as well as the air filter. If you have respiratory problems you do not want to stay here. I have asthma and had to use my inhalor a few times while staying in this property. When I rarely use it back home. Also stairs going up are a hazard with kids if they don't look and bump into them. Black tape on the 3 outside windows above the patio,make this place look not good.

We enjoyed our stay and the pool and beach access was wonderful!

It was clean and comfortable.

I did not know the property was on the 3rd floor. there’s no elevator. if I had known, I would have requested a condo on the lower floors. I am in my 60’s. The stairs were very difficult for older people.

Did not look like the beautiful pictures and most assembly required!!

The location. we had beach access which was nice, but that was the only thing that was nice

we had two vehicles, both numbers on two different pamphlets in the condo did not reach anybody regarding this issue. I was willing to pay extra. One was a busy signal on more than one occasion so it didn’t work. And one just rang and rang and rang. Our bedroom overhead light did not work, the string didn’t even pull or click anymore. Neither of the TVs remotes worked, you had to get up and change the channel on the TV (first world problem but whatever). The gorgeous spiral staircase in the picture was shoulder width of my 100 pound daughter could not get luggage up and down and was held together with black duct tape and pool noodles as to not hit your head on it. It could’ve been done a little more tastefully as it was falling apart and in plain view. There was a rusty nail on the floor. there was a rusty razor blade on the balcony floor. I had to buy my own paper towels as the paper towel holder was completely empty… I mean not even a roll, an empty roll. And no paper towels to be found under the sink or in a cabinet or in a closet. However one roll of toilet paper was provided for my family of six for six days (kudos). I also had to provide my own trash bags because the tiny 8 gal sized garbage bag in the bottom of the wet kitchen trashcan didn’t even fit a 13 gallon size trashcan. it was just a flimsy plastic bag without a rim to even be held by the sides of the trashcan lid and would have been about 10 inches from the bottom of the trashcan.

Location was perfect, apartment was spacious for our family of 5, just a minute walk to the beach where only people staying at the property have access to!

Cute and comfy condo, but not on the beach

The size of the condo was great. It was very nicely decorated. The beds were memory foam.

The unit is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. This was not mentioned in the listing so we weren't expecting to carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. And there really isn't a sea view from this unit. You have 2 buildings between you and the ocean.
