Vacasa are crooks!

My stay at Patio Paradise in Panama City FL. Through Vacasa Rentals! BEWARE!! First I’ll start off that the location is great. Close to the beaches-grocery/liquor store-restaurants. Also, the “space” of the apartment was nice and roomy. The washer and dryer worked well. The bad deck was enjoyable.(see below)That’s where it ends! Vacasa manages this property. I expected a lot better given their “reputation” of quality!! Never again will I rent from this organization. First- the floors were filthy-sand everywhere and the carpet was a mess. I took out the vacuum and it exploded on me because the filter was completely clogged! Sweeping was the option! (Photos attached) Second- the kitchen was supplied with dishes, glasses, coffee mugs/maker. All nice. BUT-the pots and pans needed replacing long ago-the food stuck to them as they were so worn out. The eating utensils were a mix of large serving spoons and NO small spoons and various forks and knives. The cutting boards should been thrown away as well. The oven gloves were covered in food-in the drawer. (Photos) The refrigerator had sticky stuff all over the shelves. (Photos) Various mixing bowls. The first bedroom: the carpet was torn/worn out and stained all over the place. (Photos) The beds mattress cover was disgusting- it had stains all over it- (I put every spare sheet I could find over it in order to sleep there- photos attached); the pillows were flat/old and stained. Comfort was “ok”. The upstairs bedroom: again the carpets were filthy, stained and worn out. The bed was clean and somewhat comfortable. Again, the pillows were awful. The back deck area was enjoyable but there was dog poop and some slats were sticking up-trip hazard! The grill cover was shredded. I didn’t bother to look at the grill itself. For family reasons I ended up needed to stay longer-no other convenient places were available for the needed dates so I extended at Patio Paradise.

Great value for the money!

The condo was very clean and comfortable. We were close to everything by car but had privacy and it was a quiet area!

The blinds in the patio bedroom would not close and even though the patio was fenced in, it felt like people could look in.

Overall pleasant with improvements needed.

I loved the location of the vacation home. I also liked the price. Decor was nice.

The cleanliness of the place was not as expected. The number of sleeping accommodations was limited. The futon was broken eliminating a space for sleeping. The sheets and towels were dirty. The wall in the bathroom had hair from the previous guest. Stick weed located in the bed injuring finger when removing. Needed more cover. Could not sleep 9 guests unless sleeping on the floor.

Extremely exceptional !

Absolutely LOVED the entire stay super beautiful apartment my kids loved every bit of it didn't want to leave ... Would suggest for anyone to come stay during their visit. Most definitely will be back to stay !

Down stairs room remote volume didn't work and down stairs bed had a deep dip in it but nothing to major.

pretty nice place to stay.

I like the property because is very calm and close to the beach, and stores. I love that is pet friendly.

what I didn’t like was that the sofa bed you can feel the bed springs. and the bed in the down stairs bedroom is a little uncomfortable.

The back patio was over grown with weeds and the fence had brush and vines all over it that needed to be cut

The inside was clean and it was only 5 minute drive to the beach
