Overall we enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

We loved the privacy this rental offered. The internet, cable and air conditioning all worked well with no issues. Bedding was comfortable and overall property gave a nice home away from home feel.

No early check in. We were on a plane all night and got in early in the the morning. So we had to wait 6 hours to get into the unit. No coffee maker which was pictured in the initial booking photos. Floors were mildly dirty. No dishwasher tabs or soap provided for when running dishwasher.

Overlook the old and dirt for good space and decent price

Love the travel size comfort kitchen and bath items along with towels. Enjoyed the kitchen homey feel and 2 full bath. Love the nightlight in rooms. Upstairs furniture was decent and nice. It was quiet area. Easy 5 minute walk along sidewalk to get to public beach access.

There's quite a bit of moldy issues,dirty old floors. Bathroom counter tops and fan blades warping. Air return vent grill caked with dust. Outdated townhome and items in need of repair like vertical blinds. Front door needs a deadbolt. Lacking large pots and pans for cooking. Was hoping for an extra blanket as the bed "cover" is light as a sheet so I got a bit cold. Has that fraternity house feel where a little TLC and maintenance is needed.

The cost for a quick get away vacation was OK AC was great. mostly clean

It was a bit of a walk to the water I thought their would of been a way to get to beach in front of us , but had to walk a couple blocks to get to beach

We enjoyed the convenient location and everything the property had to offer!

In the double bed bedroom, one of the mattresses was VERY uncomfortable and all you could feel was the springs in the mattress. My back was super stiff every morning! It’s definitely not good for guests with back problems and could definitely be replaced. The extra blankets in the double bed bedroom closets were not clean—one of them smelt like body odor and had some sort of large stain on it. The tubs in the bathrooms also did not drain properly. After we took our showers, the tubs would fill up and we were not able to get the water out of them both.

After driving 14 hours all I talked about was soaking in a bath tub. When we arrived my code was already set in the lock box (so any one walking by could see the code!!!) when I got into the condo it was so hot!! We tried to turn the ac on but it would not work. We decided to get something to eat. But did not Want to leave After unpacking we found that the door would not lock. After 3 calls someone was sent to fix it. He said to wait 20 seconds after setting the code before trying the lock. (Why wasn’t I told this prior to him coming out?? By then the temp in the place was 80 degrees so he fixed the air conditioning...finally I can take a bath!!! Nope!!! As soon as I turned on the water I found that it only comes out of the shower head!!! So much for relaxing. We went to bed. In the morning we decided to do a small load of laundry, it took three dry cycles to dry a couple shirts and shorts. On the outside patio there was no where to sit. No outside chairs. The balcony had 1 outside chair. 2 would have been nice to accommodate the adults. Being my 1st time renting a condo I was disappointed. I felt like I was at home with everything that didn’t work. No wow factor that would make me want to do it again.
