To ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all guests, please review the following:
-Maximum occupancy: 4 Guests only (strictly enforced)
-Only registered guests are allowed on the property
--No pets allowed. Unauthorized animals or pets will result in a minimum charge of $500 plus any additional cleaning, damage repair, allergen remediation, pest treatment, or replacement costs incurred by Owner.
-Strict no-smoking policy. Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, vapes, and cannabis, is prohibited inside the property. Unauthorized smoking will result in a minimum charge of $500 plus any additional costs incurred for odor remediation, cleaning, damage repair, lost rental income, and replacement of affected furnishings.
-Service animals are welcome in compliance with applicable laws. Please message us in advance so we can assist properly
-No illegal drug use is permitted on the property

Check-in: Standard time only (no early check-in)
Check-out: 10:00 AM (no late check-out)

***Rental Agreement & Security Deposit: A signed rental agreement and a refundable security deposit are required for all reservations. The security deposit will be collected 2 days before check-in and released 2 days after check-out, provided there are no damages or house rule violations.

The condo was beautiful and exactly as shown in the pictures. Communication with Mekayla and Travis was easy. They were very responsive and helpful. My husband and I stayed for 6 days. There was plenty of (free) parking. The view from the balcony was of the well maintained pool and surrounding landscape. It is a quick walk across the parking lot to the beach. The condo was a great size and location. There is a storage container on the balcony that contained a beach umbrella and blanket along with several chairs. The kitchen was supplied with the all the basic kitchen prep and cooking needs. There were coffee grounds and pods available also! The couch is large and comfy. We didn’t eat at the table which has two chairs as the space was a little tight. We didn’t sleep in the loft area, however, it was a nice sized space and well maintained. We didn’t eat use the washer/dryer once and there are a few pods available for your convenience. The only caution I have is that there is some light that comes into the main floor bedroom through the plantation blinds. At night, the light comes from the light installed outside the condo on the stairwell and in the morning it is sunlight. The bathroom is a decent size and renovated. There was shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, TP, and a hair dryer available for use. Overall, it is a great vacation spot for long or short visits. I highly recommend this place and would definitely go back if it’s available during my next stay!

Extremely clean, steps from the beach, perfectly stocked with all essentials, upgrades ( ceiling fans with remotes, flat panel in bathroom for fan, night light and music), nicely decorated, great lay out and even loft area private minus sound obviously!
I guess if I have to pick something that could have some improvements it would be living room furniture did have some wear ( visibility of discoloration on arms of 2 chairs and a little on sofa). But that is just me trying to find something! Some furniture covers would fix that right up :)
I’m very picky!!!! To say I’d stay here again is a huge deal! And we WILL ABSOLUTELY STAY AGAIN!
