Located in Lower Grand Lagoon, this charming condo for $215 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Looking for a tranquil, uncrowded vacation spot on the quiet end of the beach? Whether your idea of a vacation is watching the sunset from your own balcony, sitting by the pool, or lounging on the silvery white sand by the azure water, Mariner East 406 can fulfill your fantasy. From the living room, kitchen, or dining area, an uninterrupted view of the Gulf of Mexico is yours. There is always plenty of room since there are only 58 units in Mariner East, and these are among the widest and largest one bedroom units on Panama City Beach—no crowding at the pool, on the beach, or at the elevator. Common areas have recently been refreshed and repainted, and the building has just undergone a total exterior renovation including walkways and the pool area. Being right on the beach, it is easy to run back up for something you might have forgotten or to grab a bite to eat. Should you decide to dine in, all of your food preparation items are provided. When you don’t want to cook, a myriad of good restaurants are close by, as are all kinds of entertainment venues; deep sea fishing, boat and jet ski rentals, parasailing, golf and amusement parks are just a few of the many possibilities. St. Andrews State Park is a couple of miles down Thomas Drive and the new Pier Park shopping and entertainment complex is only a short driving distance away. For those who prefer to fly, the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport is just a few miles north of Panama City Beach. It will be easier to pack for your trip here since we provide hair dryers in each bathroom, four generous beach towels, four beach chairs, a beach umbrella, sand toys, and a small cooler. In 2019, the master bath 5-ft. shower was re-done with new tile and has a glass shower door. Subway tile was added to both the en suite and second bathrooms. Other improvements from the last few years include custom bathroom vanity cabinets with quartz countertops and new faucets; kitchen cabinets were refurbished with new doors and drawers plus a new corner cabinet unit was added; a new stainless steel microwave was installed over the range allowing for more counterspace and a new stainless steel dishwasher. Other features include custom room-darkening shutters and draperies in the bedroom; room-darkening draperies in the living room; under-counter lights and over-sink lighting in the kitchen; subway tile backsplash; can lighting in both bathrooms; and a ceiling fan in the bedroom; second bath-- tub with tile surround and glass doors. There is porcelain, plank-style floor tile throughout the unit. The kitchen has solid surface countertops with undermount sink, a smooth-top range, stainless steel microwave, stainless steel dishwasher, and refrigerator with ice maker. All typical small appliances are included. The living room has a comfortable couch (sofa-bed), loveseat, and recliner from which you can watch the flatscreen television/DVD/blu-ray player or just enjoy that magnificent Gulf Coast view through the balcony door or as reflected in the four cathedral-top wall mirrors on the living/dining room walls. The generous dining table in its shiplapped alcove easily seats six. The bedroom has two queen-sized beds, a large dresser, a flat-screen television and its own bathroom. The bedroom has a ceiling fan and light along with sconce lighting over the beds on a shiplapped wall. A great convenience is the second full bath located off the hallway. Silky sheets and plenty of soft, thick towels make your stay more comfortable. We offer a wide variety of pillows (down alternative, medium, firm, and memory foam) to meet your preference. A full-size washer and dryer are provided in your own laundry room with plenty of space to store any extra belongings. Beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, and a cooler are also kept here. The unit has its own wireless network allowing guests to access the internet from any room with no extra charge. The front door is secured by a hospitality-grade electronic lock system that enables us to generate a different code for every guest, so your code is specific to you and the dates of your stay. No concerns that a previous guest might have access to your unit, and no worries about forgetting your key! We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo was so nice. It is very spacious & it has everything you need. The view is also amazing!! Debbie was wonderful to work with & her response time was very prompt. This place is very calm & family friendly. Definitely not a place that you have to worry about loud partying, so if you looking for that type atmosphere, this is not the place to book. Otherwise you can expect a very relaxing stay!!

The room was beautiful, and as advertised. It's in a great location and having access to chairs, umbrellas, etc in the laudry room was very helpful. I would stay in this room again! We had a great time!

We are familar with these condos/area of Thomas Drive, so we were excited to book this unit for Memorial Day weekend! The unit was clean, spacious for our small family and we loved the decor. Oceanfront views without stick shock. :) Owners were helpufl and communicated with us. We will be back!

This was literally one of the best vacations we ever had. The weather was perfect, the water was beautiful, and the condo was even better than described. It had everything that you could possibly need, it was extremely clean, and the location was absolutely perfect. And anytime I needed to ask a question, and emailed the owner, she would respond within minutes. Could not ask for a better stay, and even my kids said that this was their favorite place, that we have ever stayed at while at the beach. Thanks again to the owners for allowing us to stay here, trust me, we will be staying here again in the future.

This condo is so nice & everything about it is convenient! The towels & bed linens are of excellent quality, all the dishes, utensils & cookware are really good quality also!
There is only a short walk from parking to the elevator, we never experienced a wait for the elevator in the 6 days we were there. I hesitate to give such a great review, simply because the more that stay, the less available it will be for me in the future! haha Owners are great & very easy to reach if you have a question.

Property Was better than described. Unit and grounds were very clean and well maintained. Maintenance was very nice and helpful. The view was great, I loved having a place to put beach toys that I didn’t have to drag all the way through the condo and onto the balcony. The rooms were just gorgeous and clean. We did not have one seconds trouble and we would stay here again over and over.

Highly recommend this place. View and location were great! Owners were very accommodating. Condo was nice than the pictures listed. Will come back, again. Only thing that needed improvement was the mattress in the sofa sleeper. It was bad.
But, however, it was a pleasant stay. And, we highly recommend this place to everybody.

Breathtaking
This property is absolutely beautiful and looks exactly how it does listed! it made it very convenient for us to enjoy the day on the beach having the chairs and umbrella provided. Everything was perfectly clean and tidy. The view from the balcony was to die for. LK and Debby were very quick with responses and we were very comfortable texting with any questions we had. 10/10 will be looking into this unit again for future vacations!

We enjoyed staying in 406. It was clean and had everything we needed for our vacation. We loved the location....close enough to shopping and restaurants but also far enough away!! The owners were so great to work with and always responded so quickly to questions.

This is a beautifully, and thoughtfully decorated unit. The living space is roomy and uncluttered, with comfortable furniture. The kitchen and bathrooms are very neat, new and equipped with everything you need. Although one big pot for pasta would be a good addition to the kitchen wares. I wondered if the washer & dryer being outside across the hall from the front door would prove to be inconvenient, and I can honestly say it was a non issue. Additionally, this outside hall closet was stocked with all manner of beach chairs, toys and paraphernalia. PLEASE NOTE: the rating on the “Property” is just that, meaning the property itself, and NOT the clean, individual unit. The glass door at the entrance was broken, signed as such, and the surrounding OUTSIDE areas (NOT the beach) were not clean, nor in good repair. However, midway through the week we noted multiple pallets of construction goods had been delivered to the parking lot area, so hopefully, all will be improved before the season gets in full swing.

Very nice condo!
Mariner East is an older building but this condo looks absolutely brand new! Though only a one bedroom, the unit feels much larger- great use of space. Updated throughout, range controls very clear and concise, all utensils where they should be- owner graciously allows use of washer / dryer and beach equipment (across the hall from unit in locked area). Pool and common areas were cleaned daily. Great location and we plan to come back!
