Decepção

O único bom da casa é que tem uma localização boa, fica realmente perto da praia, mas como disse em um outro comentário se você pesquisar mais um pouco vai achar acomodações melhores que ficam na mesma região.

Escolhi essa acomodação porque tinha muitas avaliações boas, mas foi só estresse. Quem gerencia a casa parece que é uma equipe remota, então se você precisar resolver qualquer problema vai ter muita dificuldade. No primeiro dia em que fiquei na casa já notei que o pessoal que fazia manutenção era bem invasivo, ligavam maquinas cedo e ficavam na janela conversando tirando toda a privacidade da casa. Mas meu maior problema foi no quarto dia onde acordei com a casa cercada de lona porque estavam pintando a casa do andar de cima. Não dava pra abrir as janelas, usar a varanda e nem o banheiro, pois estavam usando escadas encima da janela, entrei em contato com os responsáveis pela acomodação pra entender o que estava acontecendo, mas só foram me responder de tarde e disseram que não tinha o que fazer que poderiam no máximo me dar um desconto de 15% da diária daquele dia (desconto esse que nunca chegou), até hoje não entendi porque resolveram fazer uma reforma com hospedes na casa e em período de alta temporada. Outro problema que precisei resolver foi a falta de informação sobre o check out, meu voo era só de noite e precisava me organizar pra deixar a casa, precisei conversar com mais de 5 pessoas pra tentar receber a informação, mas todos diziam coisas contraditórias e demoravam muito pra responder (e eu já tinha mandado mensagem perguntando sobre assim que reservei a acomodação). Além disso vários dias ligavam maquinas de limpeza muito cedo, não teve ninguém para nos receber no check in então tivemos que descobrir como as coisas funcionavam sozinhos. Enfim não vale a pena o preço que cobram, se você pesquisar mais um pouco vai achar acomodações com o mesmo valor ou ate com o preço melhor em que os anfitriões são realmente dispostos a ajudar.

Boa e frustrante pela falta de internet

Ficamos os 7 dias da reserva sem internet, tentamos resolver mas a prestadora de internet não conseguiu reestabelecer o sinal. Na região a internet do celular não funciona direito e precisávamos por conta de trabalho. Os colchões de solteiro são desconfortáveis. No mais a instalação é boa. Decoração bonita.
