Apartment is very nicely decorated, it seems to have been recently renovated. Balcony is large looks to the east - sun in the morning and shade in the afternoon.
Kitchen has a lot of equipment: dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, so cooking is like at home.
Apartment has a washing machine. The owner provided the capsules for it (and also for the dishwasher) which is a nice touch.
Wifi was working perfectly.
Self check-in was smooth, instructions were clear. Building has an elevator.
Parking is possible in front of the building. We never had problems finding a space, but it may be more difficult in high season (we were there in october).
