I would really like to write an awful review so I have the chance to book this villa agin, unfortunately I can't. Absolutely everything about this villa is amazing, a little piece of paradise in Kapparis. The villa itself is stunning, immaculately clean, the kitchen had everything you could need. The pool area and garden are beautifully set out and again everything you needed.
The location is perfect as we have been coming to Cyprus for many years we knew exactly where it was for the bars and restaurants.
George our contact was fantastic.
There is nothing to dislike, I defy anyone to complain about this villa.

The villa was spotless when we arrived and even more spacious than the photos suggested. It was beautiful inside and out, with a lovely layout and plenty of space to relax. The private parking garage was really handy, especially as we had a hire car. The location was excellent — within about a ten-minute walk of two amazing beaches and a similar distance to some nice restaurants, all easy to reach on foot. The area also felt very safe and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing break.
Although the pool looked amazing, it wasn’t heated (which we knew before booking), but it was still too cold to enjoy despite the warm weather. The only other small downside was that there wasn’t a microwave, even though it was listed in the amenities, which made quick meals a bit tricky.

The location was perfect with spacious ground floor and outside area and the kitchen equipment (coffee machine and sandwich maker) was very much enjoyed.
There were a few things that would enhance the guest experience of the advertised luxury villa;
Villa not very clean on arrival and a little maintenance probably required, e.g. towel rail loose in bathroom
Guidance and instructions on air conditioning, wi-fi, check out etc.
Pool towels were shown in photos but not provided, additional €3 each to hire poor quality towels
Provided only 1 bath towel per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, not the best quality
Bedding not particularly good quality and there was only 8 hangers in the whole villa
Only 5 cups and 3 small plates provided along with a stack of dinner plates
Suggest smaller wine glasses and some Prosecco glasses along with tumblers
Recommend plastic cups/glasses for the outside area as glass ones were too big and delicate
Was told there were 3 hairdryers but there was only 1 (George rapidly rectified this)!
Parasol on grass area would be great to provide shade over sunbeds
Terrace could be utilised with canopy and furniture to enjoy evening sunset rather than the orange plastic chairs
Pool man kept leaving gates open after visiting, we returned to the villa a number of times and found gates wide open

Good facilities, new.
The outdoor is a nice setup.
Also, its 5 minutes walking from the beach
It would be nice to have Netflix account or something similar on the TV
$$$$
