The staff (Cristin, Alma, and Jose) went way out of their way to make sure my lost luggage was found and that I was rebooked on a flight after a cancellation.

Loved it. 3rd repeat visit since opened this year.
Need change double sun beds to single at pool area to make more availability.
Need advise/ agree if selecting disabled room for a guest.
More staff helping at pool bar at busy times.
