The apartment is in a new building, but at the same time within walking distance of the city center, attractions, and beautiful scenery. There are shops, cafes, restaurants, and public transportation nearby. The location is absolutely perfect!
The apartment is a bit worn in places, but overall it’s nicely furnished.
The first thing that ruined our experience was that we couldn’t get any check-in information — not even a day in advance, but just half a day before check-in! We were driving there and had no idea if we’d actually be able to get into the apartment we’d paid for. Usually, information is sent out 3–1 days in advance, but no matter how many times I messaged them, I got no response. I even had to contact Booking.com’s technical support.
Some details about the apartment. Cleanliness is questionable — someone’s dirty T-shirt was waiting for us on the bedroom floor. Either they hadn’t cleaned it before our arrival, or they did a really poor job cleaning it.
The kitchen lacks even basic equipment. No supplies like tea, coffee, or oil — nothing at all. The bathroom also didn’t have any cleaning supplies.

nice location, spacious apartment
lack of linens and blankets - enough for 2 persons only (we booked for 4)
the apartment seems to have everything but on a closer look lots of necessities are absent (nothing to wipe a table or a floor, no microwave, there is a stove but 2 very small pots… etc)
attempts to contact the owner failed as well. questions regarding apartment were left unanswered. only received info how to get in, when to check out and were to leave the money for the city tax
