Clean, new hotel
Friendly service. Front desk staff spoke English and was always willing to help.
Excellent location – anything you need is steps away. Connected to a giant mall that includes all shops, including large AEON supermarket. Electronics store if you need to find plug adapter. Coffee, restaurants, etc.
Good breakfast – nice offerings and delicious food.
Spacious fitness center – 3 treadmills, Smith Machine, free weights. Nice infinity pool as well.
Across the street is a strip mall that has laundry service called Waschen Laundry. You can contact them on WhatsApp and they will pick up and drop off laundry at an affordable price. There is also a small gym called myGym FreeBody Fit that you can contact on WhatsApp for a personal training session if you want something different from the hotel’s gym.

There are some bugs/mosquitoes flying around in the lobby area. I hope they can improve their pest control and eliminate it somehow.

We love the hotel location in Kota WISATA full of cool eating places and it's connected to a cool mall. My 5 years old son really loves all the children playground in the hotel and the mall. Many options to choose.
The swimming pool hardly get a direct sun, so the water is colder than other hotels.

Mooie inrichting met kunst in een nieuw gebouw. Aardig personeel.
Er was een rioolgeur in de badkamer. Er zou iets aan gedaan worden, maar de geur bleef. We hebben geen andere kamer gevraagd.
Door het extreem drukke verkeer in Jakarta, lange rit vanuit het centrum.

Beautiful pool area and great being on top of the mall.
We booked a king bed and was given 2 singles. Not ideal when my partner and I are in a long distance relationship. With no offer or complimentary breakfast as compensation.
The noise in the building was insane, children running and screaming from 5am onwards. So loud.
Booked a massage for 9pm. They arrived at 9.30 for an hours massage and gave us 45 mins of one of the worst massages I’ve ever had.
The shower design means the water floods the bathroom floor every time you shower.
Won’t be staying there again
