Lovely cosy space in a lovely rural location ideal if you wish to explore nearby for a couple of nights.
honestly, not enough storage if you are staying for more than a couple of nights. Also, we didn't realise prior to booking the gardens were shared, but also the residents have all their dogs off leads which presented a problem for us as our dog can be reactive. We were made aware that there is a private garden at the front of the house, this wasn't directly at the front of the property and again hadn't realised this was infact shared, we felt enclosed as we couldnt enjoy the outdoor space and it didnt' feel like a home for home experience for us - especially as we also live on a farm and with the property being smaller than we expected. Lovely property, but we wouldn't choose to stay there again I am afraid.

Exceptional location with views over Manchester.
The property was calming, comfortable, warm and clean. It was a haven away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Country walks on the doorstep and cute coffee shops a short ramble away.
We couldn’t have asked for a nicer host. Her attention to detail was incredible and we found her helpful messages before, during and after our stay a real comfort that we were valued guests. So friendly!
