The ambience
The buggy was not working and we had to walk literally from the gate to our room with the baby under scorching heat of the sun. We tried to asked the guard, not sure of his nationality if we can bring the car inside as we have baby but he was rude and instead of offering something he just told us that if we have problem talk directly with the reception in a sarcastic way. He told us twice in a sarcastic way.

توفر مرافق كثيرة بجانب مكان الإقامة مطعم، مكان للجلوس، كوفي، بركة السمك، تعامل الموظفين راقي
بعد الغرف عن بعض
والحمام المنفصل والبعيد
ابنتي من ذو الاحتياجات خاصة واجهت صعوبة في المكان وخاصة الحمام
المكيف كان حارا وطلبنا منهم فتح بوكس الخشب
