We loved this location! It had the buzz of being in the center of town, with a beautiful view, though never got too noisy or anything. Extremely easy and quick to walk anywhere, and it was only a few minutes to walk to the ferry departure point to get to other spots on the lake. There is a well stocked grocery store just down the street. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony as the sun was setting. The A/C worked very well, kitchen was well stocked and the bed was comfy. The host was very quick to respond and helpful with any questions we had. MASSIVE bonus that this came with free parking, too. It's about a 5 minute walk from the parking area to the apartment. (Note: we took a day trip over to Lago Maggiore, which is gorgeous, though much more crowded and touristy feeling. We preferred the local vibe of Omegna/Lago D'Orta instead.)
There were several items in the apartment that were broken or missing - spots to hang up towels, a broken chair, cracked windows, no place to put shampoo/soap in the shower, etc. The placement of the TV is quite strange, and really unusable. This wouldn't deter us from staying here again, but it would be nice if those items were addressed. Also, the parking area is not shaded - it would be nice if covers were added to the spots belonging to the apartment. Overall, still a really nice place, it just needs a little extra attention.

We know Omegna very well so specifically chose this apartment for its location, which is in a small piazza looking onto the lake. We liked the early morning and evening buzz from the restaurants below, but it can easily be shut out by closing the windows and shutters if you wish. We were very grateful for the aircon when it reached 33 degrees outside! The accommodation is spacious for a studio and is very functional with everything you might need, including a well equipped kitchen. There are three doors opening onto the terrace which runs the length of the apartment and faces the lake. The bathroom is big and has a washing machine. Parking is also included but we did not use it.

Emplacement central, sur une belle petite place, face au lac. belle vue, appartement très bien, propre fonctionnel, très bien.
Malheureusement les 2 bars à côté de l'appartement font du bruit jusqu'à plus de minuit, très difficile de dormir. pas évident de trouver un parking à proximité.
