This is one of the cutest, comfortable and cosy cottage I have ever stayed in.
It is quirky, comfortable and the massive bed in the 1st bedroom is incredibly comfortable.
Everything you could possibly need provided.
Very clean.
Paul the host is an amazing person.
There is nothing not to like!

The cottage was comfortable and had all we needed for our stay. It was also ideal for our dog with enclosed gardens and plenty of places to walk locally.

The location was perfect for us and the recommendation from the host of The Maybush was superb The gardens were lovely, although the weather prevented us using them
Precipitous stairs with no handrail. Dangerous!
No heating turned on prior to arrival despite the cold weather.
Towel rail in bathroom (only form of heating) turned off. I found a switch in the cupboard. The top of the rail was lukewarm by the time we left the next day.
Used bath towel from previous guests behind the bathroom door.
Light over washbasin not working.
No paper guides for any of the appliances. Never did work out the TV.
No teapot/cafetiere or sieve so difficult to make coffee
Some of the above are simple to amend, but the stairs should be highlighted in the description especially as the lavatory is downstairs so they need to be navigated at night and would not be accessible for many individuals.
