Hervorragender Standort, alles Blitz sauber, sehr ruhig, gute Raumaufteilung. Regelmäßige sehr aufmerksame Betreuung durch Reinigungskräfte.
Viel zu dunkel und schlechte Beleuchtung. Permanentes Bemühen, sämtliche vorhandenen Leuchtmittel zu aktivieren. Das brauchte wirklich nicht sein.

We stayed for two nights in the apartment and found it comfortable, clean and more than spacious enough for the two of us.
The location was excellent, just a 5–10 minute walk from St Mark's Basilica, with plenty of bars, restaurants and cafés nearby. The bathroom was compact but spotless and well maintained, with a particularly good shower. We didn't use the kitchen during our stay, but it was clean, well equipped and looked more than adequate for self-catering.
Overall, it was a great base for exploring Venice and we would happily stay here again.
If I had to mention one thing, it would be the check-in process. Check-in takes place at the parent hotel rather than at the apartment itself. This wasn't a problem for us as we arrived by train, but some travellers may find it less convenient.
After checking in, the apartment is about a 15-minute vaporetto (water bus) ride away, with the nearest stop being back towards the station, so there is a little backtracking involved. That said, Venice is a city where walking and using water transport are part of the experience, so this was only a minor inconvenience. The staff were friendly and really helpful We would definitely stay here again

It’s in the center of Venice and walkable
The entrance going inside was dangerous, twice my hands caught the door and the stairway was very tiny and narrow! Not good with someone with knee problem! And not easy if you’re carrying something heavy! And cook top not working! If we have knows we just book in a real hotel
