tudo, cortinas rasgadas e travadas, sem ar condicionado funcionando, copos quebrados, bebedouro de água não funcionava, apartamento sujo e fedendo, entre outras coisas.. Além disso, ao pedir para atrasar o check-out, fui cobrado "por fora" em 100 reais..

Praticas abusivas
Experiência negativa pelos seguintes motivos:
1. Prática abusiva e comportamento ameaçador: o anfitrião se recusou a liberar o apartamento até que eu enviasse meu documento por WhatsApp, mesmo eu já estando na portaria e tendo apresentado o documento em mãos. A lei brasileira (LGPD) garante que o documento pode ser apresentado no momento do check-in; exigir o envio antecipado é ilegal e inseguro.
Além disso, por volta das 16h30, o proprietário me ameaçou, dizendo que, se eu não enviasse o documento por WhatsApp, eu poderia “procurar outro apartamento”. Éu depois envíe para ele número de documento mas nao o documento.
Imaginem que forma de começar as férias!
A forma como o proprietário falou comigo foi desrespeitosa, autoritária e totalmente inadequada para alguém que presta um serviço pago.
2. Problema no banheiro: a tampa do vaso sanitário estava solta e caía constantemente.
3. Filtro de água: o filtro estava desconectado, sem funcionar.
4. Portaria incômoda: as portas da portaria precisam ser abertas e fechadas manualmente todas as vezes, o que torna o acesso muito incômodo, especialmente para estadias longas.
5. Comportamento do anfitrião: recomendo muito cuidado. Uma pessoa que trata hóspedes dessa forma e impõe exigências ilegais demonstra um comportamento arriscado. Mesmo que o apartamento em si esteja em boas condições, o risco é alto: caso ocorra qualquer imprevisto, o anfitrião pode usar novamente atitudes abusivas e criar problemas para o hóspede.
Conclusão: não recomendo este local. Apesar de o apartamento ser razoável, o tratamento recebido e as práticas adotadas tornam a hospedagem desagradável e insegura.
