Great location for what we were doing, close to Cadbury World, not to far from sealife, and close to stores and fuel station. Comfortable beds, warm and great shower. Clean and soft towels. Lovely communication from the owner.
Obviously still being renovated.
Not much kitchen wear but doable.
Property was fairly clean, just a lot of cobwebs, dead spider, crumby in one of the kitchen cupboards.

We booked this house because it was close to my brother's place and he was doing Xmas dinner. Comfortable home-from-home. It has clearly been recently decorated and was pleasant and clean. Three bedrooms all with clean linen and towels provided; kitchen reasonably well appointed; nice warm 'over bath' shower; parking for two cars. The host was very responsive to comms and helpful; there were some bottles of water and shortbread on arrival, as a welcome. It was obviously conveniently located for us, but also convenient for Selly Oak and relatively quick into the centre of Birmingham.
The owners are in the process of renovating the place and I think it will be beautiful when it's all done. There were some minor issues (beeping CO detectors, so I replaced the batteries), but nothing to spoil our stay.
