Whether you're here to unwind, get active, or simply enjoy some epic lake views, this 450 sq. ft. cottage has it all-including access to some seriously cool amenities like the pickleball court, pool, and hot tub.
The Space
Step into a world of intentional design! From the moment you pass through the oversized front door, you're greeted by stunning views of Cedar Creek Lake through floor-to-ceiling windows. The motorized shades are there for when you want privacy, but let's be real-you'll want to keep those views front and center.
The cottage's natural limestone exterior and vibrant color-coded trellis reflect the grace of its namesake, the cardinal. Soak up the sunset, or catch an early morning breeze-this cottage is your cozy retreat, no matter the time of day.

Small but mighty, the galley-style kitchenette offers everything you need with custom wood cabinetry, glass tiles, and a sleek quartz countertop. Whether you're chilling drinks in the Sub-Zero mini-fridge, making a quick snack in the microwave, or brewing your morning coffee with the Keurig, you'll feel right at home.
Living Space
Rest easy on the queen-sized adjustable bed, complete with custom linens so comfy you'll want to sleep in every morning. If you need extra storage, the floor-to-ceiling cabinetry has you covered. And the best part? The motorized shades offer uninterrupted lake views right from bed. Oh, and did we mention the bed has a vibration feature? Yeah, you're not going to want to leave.

If you need a quiet getaway to unplug, unwind and just spend some quality time with your better half, this is it! Everything was perfect. It was beautiful, well maintained and so peaceful. The amenities were great. The pool and hot tub was a huge hit for us. We also enjoyed playing horseshoes, mini putt putt, and the canoeing. We took advantage of it all.

This property is simply AMAZING. I highly recommend you make the drive for these lake front cottages. No detail is overlooked and there is so much to do from grilling, to pickleball, horseshoes, miniature golf, or fishing or just relaxing and watching the lake. Do not hesitate to book one of these cottages. The property is also available for weddings. Reach out to Ann or Sue for more information, you won’t regret it. Sunrise Point at Cedar Creek is where memories are made.

Communication was superb, the location and amenities were out of this world and I can’t say enough good things about the hospitality. This is a pristine property nestled on a peninsula which sweeping views of Cedar Creek Lake. The wildlife only add to the experience of staying in this modern cottage, that has EV charging capabilities to boot. Don’t sleep on Sunrise Point, it’s the hidden jewel of Texas.
