A very nice house

The house is like in the pictures, really beautiful, big and inside you have everything you need for a nice holiday.

The internet is really really slow. The place needs to be more clean for the guests (please vacuum all the places including stairs, clean the couch, change the bedsheets if they are stained even if they are cleaned). I am really hopeful they will learn for this review, the place has a high potential to be amazing.

Sehr enttäuschend.

Einzig gute war der Pool, obwohl von 10.00 Uhr bis 18.00 Uhr konnte man sich in keiner Lage in sen Schatten setzen, da es keine Sonnenstore gab und keinen Sonnenschirm.

Schlüsselübergabe war auf 15.00 Uhr vereinbart. Die Verwaltung hat dann auf unsere Anfrage jemanden geschickt, welche aber zuerst noch das Haus reinigen mussten (sehr verdreckt, Bilder vorhanden). Das Haus konnte dann erst um 17.30 Uhr bezogen werden und es war immer noch nicht restlos gereinigt. Geht gar nicht! Die Reinigung und Reparaturen von einigen Mobiliaren wurden dann tags darauf gemacht, aber nicht alles!!! bsw. ein Schrank im Zimmer konnte nicht benutzt werden, da sie sich nicht öffnen liess :-( oder der Grill, so verdreckt. Bettmatratze und Sofa sehr verdreckt und nicht gereinigt oder ausgewechselt. Der Unterhalt des schönen Hauses lässt zu wünschen übrig. Sehr schade!!! Das Haus wurde mit Garage gemietet, welche nicht benutzt werden durfte, haben dafür auch keinen Schlüssel bekommen. Der Pool-Man ist Mittwochs gekommen, ohne anzuklopfen, einfach reinspaziert, währenddem wir am Sonnenbaden waren (geht gar nicht, keine Diskretion!!). Wir sind sehr enttäuscht und beanspruchen mindestens 2 Tagesmieten zurück, da Einiges im Haus nicht gebraucht werden konnte!

The house is like in the pictures, really beautiful, big and inside you have everything you need for a nice holiday.

The internet is really really slow.
