Check in was smooth. The staff very polite and there when we needed something.
No elevator. Wonderful food . I can’t eat spicy food but the chef was very good at catering for me.
The staff are very well trained and not often seen in hotels in Sri Lanka.
Across the road to the beach, always a tuk tuk or taxi for transport.
Tuk Tuk drivers are great
I recommend this hotel to anyone.
There was no guest laundry. Sea la vie has free service but had some problems.
Clothes came back with stains from other clothes. was terrible , the manager collected all the
Stained items they came back stain free.

The staff were supportive, and all the locations were clean, well-maintained, and safe.
Nothing else to mention, but I would suggest providing towels near the swimming pool for guests’ convenience. Also, some of the marble edges around the swimming pool were sharp and could potentially cause injuries. It would be advisable to address this for the safety of guests.
