Accueil très chaleureux de la part de Catherine et de Jean Michel qui ne demande qu'à faire connaitre et partager la richesse culturel de ce beau pays.
Catherine, en toute discrétion mais toujours aux petits soins, un couple dynamique qui a beaucoup d'attentions auprès de la clientèle.
Super petit déjeuner avec dégustation des confitures locales.

Het is een prachtige authentieke locatie met vriendelijke eigenaren die zeer behulpzaam zijn. Zij hebben ervoor gezorgd dat wij de juiste plekken in de omgeving vonden om leuke dingen te doen. Het is erg rustig in het kasteel en niet te warm. De ventilator op de kamer was ook fijn. Het ontbijt is echt Frans. Pluspunt voor mij was de heerlijke verse thee. Je kunt ook buiten ontbijten als je wil. Je kunt ook makkelijk parkeren.
Eigenlijk viel niks tegen. Het was helemaal zoals ik had gehoopt.

Ce lieu nous offre un ilot rafraichissant et verdoyant, bienvenue par rapport aux températures extérieures, nous assurant des nuits reposantes.

After a lovely summer traveling around France, we are now back home in Denmark. We have many memories and wonderful experiences from this summer to look back on. Foremost among them are the days spent at Château La Carretale.
We were already familiar with the area around Luzech from previous visits, but meeting Catherine and Jean-Michel made this trip to the south of France truly special. Catherine wrote to us before our arrival, inviting us to a classical concert at the local church that very evening, and we enjoyed a wonderful time there throughout our stay—even though we don't speak French ourselves.
The room was beautiful, the view breathtaking, and the breakfast—featuring Catherine’s homemade jams served in the cozy dining room—was delightful; the many stories about the château’s history added a special touch to the whole experience. As we agreed with Catherine and Jean-Michel, this is certainly a place we would love to return to.
We can highly recommend it to others
