The staff was the best. Very helpful in resolving issues, and making our stay pleasant. Resolving the best on our Via Francigena so far.

The toilet and bidet where in the shower. Could sit on the toilet and take a shower. Then the bells ring every half hour.

L'Hotel Gambassi è nel centro di Gambassi Terme, pccolo borgo dove il tempo pare si sia fermato. L'accoglienza è stata molto calorosa, e la titolare ci ha dato tutte le info di cui necessitavamo. La camera, per quanto piccola e spartana era pulita e accogliente, con bagno privato e, cosa molto apprezzata, aria condizionata! Abbiamo cenato al ristorante dell'hotel (con un 10% di sconto) ed è stata una cena squisita. LA colazione non è servita in hotel, ma c'è una convenzione con il bar accanto che apre già alle 6/6:15 dove si possono trovare le classiche brioches oppure ci si può far preparare un panino. rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo!
