It consists of 2 independent rooms
THE ROOM N ° 1 (1)
The room is composed of a comfortable bed 2 places, a desk + tabouré and two dressers and air conditioning (cold / hot)
THE ROOM N ° 2
The room is composed of a comfortable single bed (1 place), a desk and a wardrobe
Baby cot and high chair available (on request)
Sheets, pillowcases, duvets, pillows and towels (bed linen) provided and the cot sheet kit on request
LIVING / LIVING ROOM: 1 new convertible sofa 2 beds, 1 armchair, 2 chairs, a computer desk, internet furniture and 1 dining table + 4 chairs
EQUIPPED KITCHEN :
New vitroceramic hob, multifunction oven, microwave oven, combined fridge-freezer, sink, complete crockery, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, and kitchen utensil
1 bathroom with large bath, sink and cabinets
1 separate WC
A courtyard with dining table, chairs, a green relax armchair, electric barbecue
Access of travelers
The apartment is on the ground floor
Travelers have full accommodation

- Access by the key box with the code:
Autonomous arrival between 15 H to 24 H with the code of the key box by contacting me
one day before or the morning the day of arrival
- after closing the apartment upon departure, re-deposit the keys in the gray key box
Be kind to:
- turn the dishwasher and store it if you use it

The housing includes two steps
Deposit - in case of material damage in the accommodation, you may have to pay up to 250 €
PARKING:
2 free parking spaces for Italians and Île Piôt served by free shuttle bus (return).

Nice villages to visit: Pont du Gard, Nîmes, Uzès, Les Baux de Provence, Gordes, Lubéron, Camargue etc.....

Great location. Easy access to the house. Locals are very friendly and helpful. Lots of space at the house. In theden you do have to lock off and access with key for sleeping. The hosts went above and beyond by providing a lovely breakfast, tea, coffee. The hosts checked in several times to ensure we had everything we needed and to ensure we were comfortable. The house had all the comforts ...extra bedding, shampoo, soap, great water pressure for shower, washing machine. I would definitely return
