The house sleeps four people and has two bedrooms (one on the first floor and other on second floor), one with king-size bed and the second with twin beds (zip and link to king-size on request). The ground floor has an open plan living room with sitting area, dining area and kitchen. The family bathroom with separate shower is on the first floor. The enclosed patio courtyard at the front has sea views and a bistro table for blue-sky dining. There is off road parking for one car. Located within 5 minutes walk of beautiful Porthmeor beach, shops, inns, restaurants and galleries, Breakers Point makes a super seaside venue.

It's a very nice house, very clean and with a wonderful view over the town and the ocean. Consider that you need to walk up a hill to reach the flat coming from the city center. Going up the hill a little further you find a spar to buy groceries. On the other side of the road you can find a little park with a children's playground. There is also a lovely café called "Bre" nearby with fresh and healthy food. There are also some small footpath at the end of the road where you can get to the cliffs and the South West Coast Path with it's impressive views over the ocean.
