About this house rental
Your cottage with swimming pool in the heart of the Périgord Noir close to the most beautiful tourist sites (castles, caves...), rivers (Dordogne and Vézère), many activities (canoeing, cycle path, hot air balloon, hiking,....)
It is a unique place where you like to rest, share simple moments and recharge your batteries.
Your 100m2 annex cottage with independent entrance from the owners includes:
- an entrance with tourist information at your disposal (guide, brochures 2025) as well as board games, magazines..
- 1 equipped kitchen area (a 4-burner stove and oven, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, 1 DOLCE GGUSTO coffee maker, 1 toaster, 1 kettle....as well as all the necessary crockery.
- 1 living room with sofa, Wi-Fi, TV access Canal +
- 1 workspace with office on the mezzanine
- 1 bedroom on the first floor with 1 bed 160x200
- 1 bedroom with 2 beds 140x1900
- 1 shower room, toilet and washing machine
- 1 terrace with garden furniture + plancha
Deckchairs are at your disposal by the pool (8*5m with support coping and progressive variation without diving) to which you will have access. Equipped with an alarm, swimming is your sole responsibility.
Towels, bed linen (sheets, pillowcases, duvet cover) and household linen (dish towels): flat rate 120 euros for the stay.
Beds will be made on arrival if you do not bring your own linen.
Basic necessities (kitchen, bathroom, toilet) will also be available on arrival.
Free parking
Cleaning fee of 150 euros (specify at the time of booking if you do not want the do)
Deposit of €500 returned after the exit inventory.
Capacity up to 5 people - Non-smoking rental - Pets not allowed - Holiday vouchers not accepted
