Unique opportunity to have the privacy of a Creekside farmhouse. Fully renovated fresh white wood walls and a king primary with en-suite bathroom. An office off the kitchen, great Wifi and a living room with fireplace. Enjoy a large hot tub outside on the deck.
Fully equipped eat-in kitchen, you’ll enjoy all the extra space that a full house features at a significantly reduced price!

The entire first floor is yours to use. The second story (two guest rooms and bathroom) are not to be used at this special price. Please book the entire space should you need more than one bedroom ...
The space is only booked to you when booking this option, this is not a shared space. The first floor includes a primary king bed with en-suite bathroom. Full kitchen, foyer, office and living room with fireplace. There is a hot tub on the outdoor deck.
Pet fee is $75 per pet which supports the work I do uniting stray and abandoned Satos with loving adoptives homes here in NY MA CT. You can find us @poochesoutofpr

Other things to note
This is a historic Hudson Valley home, in our region you can expect bugs such as boxelder beetles, lady bugs, stink bugs, ants and bees seasonally.
Please consider this if you have any issues or fears. We cannot guarantee the spaces will be free from them but we do employ pest control services and use natural essential oils spray to deter them. A small handheld vacuum is also left in the space for your use during your stay:-)

We expect pets to be house trained and not to go on furniture. If your custom is to allow this please bring your own coverings. Also bring your own towels to wipe down your pet after walks or in inclement weather. Added cleaning will apply if our cleaners must do a deep cleaning to remove hair and prints / dirt from furniture or beds;-) we’ve been there, we understand it happens … we just want to ensure we can keep our pets allowed policy. Coded entry lock. No keys
