Welcome to Houston to this modern duplex home centrally-located gem with open-concept living area, large windows letting the natural light in and a fully equipped kitchen and state-of-the-art appliances. Oven with built in Air fryer and large refrigerator
1 Bedrooms each with a queen size bed, a bathroom off of the bedroom that features a bathtub and 2 sink vanity, hair dryer, and essential amenities
It is a duplex and the back is occupied.

1. No parties or events– To maintain a peaceful environment and avoid disturbances.
2. No smoking – Keep the space fresh and clean for all guests.
3. No pets - unless explicitly allowed
4. Respect quiet hours – Avoid loud noises between 11 pm and 7am to ensure neighbors' comfort.
5. Maximum occupancy – Limit the number of guests to no more than 10 to prevent overcrowding.
8. Keep the space clean – Guests should tidy up after themselves.
