About this house rental
Located 1 minute from a public beach, this functional and fabulous 1 story house that sleeps 8 with 3 queen beds and 2 twin beds, Perfect for a getaway with friends and family. Each bedroom has a queen bed, separate heater and window air conditioner and ceiling fan. One bedroom also has trundle bed which pulls out to add 2 twin beds for larger groups. The master bath features a walk in shower with a seat for those with mobility issues, The home has an equipped kitchen that includes a chest freezer for your ice and fresh catch.
Outside, you can relax in screened in porch while you grill your catch on the propane grill. Or you can pass the day at the often empty small public beach just a 1 minute walk down the road. After enjoying the sunset at the beach, bring some firewood to to make some s'mores around the firepit. There is plenty of room for your boat or water toys in the driveway.
Each bedroom has it's own window air conditioner and heater to ensure comfort for each guest.

Process and communication with owner was great. The check out process easy and too onerous. The beds were great and the amenities excellent. Pretty much everything you would need and plenty of space. Would think a second tv would be nice. One negative is not really sure what tv service is really available and no info onsite about this. Does have a good Samsung tv you can sign into your own service. Definitely would use again and very happy from a group of guys fishing in the area.

This location is fantastic for those interested in the Lake Erie Birding Trail. The host did an excellent job in providing an excellent home with all you could ask for and more. Even a great site for birding in the backyard and the community. It was a pleasant surprise to see a host that provided in each bedroom a plug for electronics. Other surprises included a small cooler, laundry and other cleaning supplies. The host was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. Great views of sunset over Lake Erie.
