Great location...close to downtown and bay front activities, short drive to the Port Aransas Ferry's, and quick trip to wherever are meeting your fishing guide or launching your kayak. Several very good restaurants nearby: The Grove, Old Fulton Seafood Cafe, Paradise Key, The Shack, and Pier 77...all excellent offerings. The home was clean, well appointed, with comfortable bedding, great air conditioning, and two full bathrooms...very comfortable for 2 - 4 people. The house does back right up against a shared pool, so at times, depending on who's enjoying the space, can get a little loud. There is a stocked fishing pond on the property which is open to those staying in the neighborhood. The entire neighborhood was well maintained, well-lit at night, and felt safe. Communication with the property owners/management company was outstanding. I submitted several questions before and during our stay which were all answered quickly and completely. This is a wonderful option if you are staying in the area and prefer more privacy than what a hotel offers and/or want to share casual space with friends and family. High recommended and is where I will attempt to stay next time in the area.

There were dirty dishes in the cabinet and drawers. There was also a stain on the bed sheets and hair in the tub from previous people… but other than that it was a decent stay overall. Pool was really great! But hard to reach host about our concerns.
