About this apartment rental
A quiet garden-level apartment with its own private entrance, tucked behind a bamboo garden in Foxhall Village — a residential pocket just west of Georgetown. Free private parking in a gated space off the back alley, a sunroom and a walled patio, a dedicated workspace, and a fully equipped kitchen. About a 10-minute walk to Georgetown University and Georgetown Hospital, and 20–25 minutes on foot (or a short drive or bus ride) to M Street and downtown Georgetown.
Beautifully appointed apartment with sunroom, parking, private entrance from the front and back of the house and large backyard. Best suited to: visiting academics and researchers, medical fellows and residents, patients and families at Georgetown or MedStar, friends and relatives of neighbors, embassy and government staff on assignment, remote workers, and parents visiting students at Georgetown or AU. Guests regularly stay a week to a month.
Other points of Note:
• Please note before booking: we are not on the Metro. There is a bus at the corner and car services are easy, but if your trip is centered on sightseeing across the city, a place closer to a Metro station will serve you better. The free parking is a genuine advantage here — but it only helps if you're driving.
• Maximum 2 guests. The apartment has one queen bed and no additional sleeping surface.
• Stays of 7 nights or longer include weekly housekeeping. Access for the housekeeper once a week is a condition of booking; we'll agree a regular day and time with you at check-in.
• Parking is one gated space off the back alley, suited to a standard car. Larger vehicles are a tight fit.
One bedroom with a single queen bed. Two guests maximum, and there is no sofa bed or second sleeping surface — the apartment is designed for a couple or a solo traveler sharing one bed. It is not a good fit for two people who would need separate beds.

This was such a charming and cozy place to stay! The location was excellent - close to everything we needed, yet still tucked away and quiet. It was really nice to have the little kitchen, breakfast nook, and sitting area - which was perfect for making breakfast in the morning and relaxing in the evening. The host was so kind and readily available by text and phone, which we much appreciated. Highly recommend this spot and we look forward to staying here again!
