Welcome to Salt House, a stunning, brand-new oceanfront rental. Situated directly on the Atlantic Ocean with 200 feet of private beachfront, this beautifully designed home blends comfort, luxury, and relaxed island style. **Dockage available for extra fee with Green Turtle Club Resort (5 min golf cart ride ) or Bluff House Resort (10 min golf cart ride) **
Salt House comfortably sleeps 8, with four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, (4th bedroom -bunk beds in the main area of the private apartment) Outside, a private swimming pool is surrounded by spacious decks and screened-in porches—perfect for sunny lounging or shaded afternoon reads. A backyard beach path makes ocean dips just steps away. High-speed Starlink internet keeps you connected, and a backup whole house generator ensures peace of mind during your stay.
For parties larger than 8 we do own a beachfront cottage "Summerset " at the Bluff House Resort - sleeps 2 /studio /efficiency
Main Floor:
The open-plan layout seamlessly connects the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room, creating a welcoming space for gathering. The kitchen includes a center island with 3 stools, a 6 burner gas range with convection oven, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. A round dining table seats up to 10, and the living room features comfortable seating with a large TV. This floor also includes a bedroom with a queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Corner window wall units open on both corners to enjoy afternoon breezes on fully screened front and side porches.
Second Floor:
The primary suite offers a peaceful retreat above with a king-size bed, panoramic long water Atlantic views ,a private balcony, large double closet with suitcase storage. side office room with large desk . Primary bathroom is oversized with double vanities , a soaking tub , walk in shower and separate toilet room.
Lower-Level Private Suite:
Accessed via outdoor steps, this self-contained apartment is perfect for guests seeking extra privacy. It features a queen-size bed, twin bunk beds (ideal for kids), a kitchenette with a 24-inch electric stove, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, and toaster, and a private bathroom. Sliding doors open onto a 26×10 ft tiled deck, ideal for enjoying the breeze. This level also includes a washer and dryer, toilet and vanity and a double outdoor shower.

This entire property is amazing, from the beautiful decor in every room to the pool and the amazing beach. The Host Lisa was extremely attentive and answered very quickly. This place is everything you ever dreamed of! Definitely coming back!

Salt House is wonderful and located right on a lovely beach. It is also in top condition, and everything works perfectly. Check-in and check-out went extremely smoothly, and the host was very helpful indeed. We would very much like to rent Salt House again, and Green Turtle Cay is the most beautiful and charming island.
