Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire townhouse during their stay. Self check-in is available using a secure smart lock. Your unique access code will be provided after all required pre-arrival steps, including identity verification, are completed. The code is valid only for your approved stay dates and times. Located in the heart of Providence’s Federal Hill neighborhood, the townhouse is surrounded by restaurants, cafés, bakeries, bars, and local shops. The neighborhood is lively, walkable, and well suited for guests visiting for dining, events, work, school, or simply exploring the city.



Getting Around:

One complimentary off-street parking space is included. Additional parking may be available for $37 per vehicle, per night and must be reserved in advance. A public bus stop is nearby, rideshare service is readily available, and many Federal Hill and downtown destinations are within walking distance. Providence Station and T.F. Green Airport are also easily accessible by car or rideshare.



Other Things to Note:

Mandatory identity verification: All reservations require identity verification before arrival. Guesty, a professional vacation-rental management platform, assists with our day-to-day operations, including the verification process. Required verification must be completed by the stated deadline to receive access to the property.



This is a contact-free property with smart-lock entry. Exterior security cameras record audio and video, and an additional camera is located in the rear service/emergency stairwell. Security devices are used only for safety, property protection, and compliance.



Please note that Unit 2 is a multi-level townhouse with stairs and may not be suitable for guests who require step-free accommodations.
