Outside, enjoy the serene covered deck, screened-in porch with an outdoor dining table, large fire pit area with ambient lighting, and lounge chairs that invite you to slow down and savor the peaceful surroundings.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.
Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Each home is professionally cleaned, services verified, and inspected before each guest's arrival. Our guest service team is available 7 days a week to help you before and during your stay.

The tiny house was absolutely perfect for myself and husband. We loved how it was tucked away, yet only minutes from the beach. We will definitely visit again.

The house is very cute and the space is maximized. The necessities were well stocked. The parking was perfect for our 21ft boat. The boat ramp is so close to the house, and both 30A and Destin are not too far. The couple hiccups we had were dealt with promptly and they communicated via telephone very easily. The biggest issue for us was the bugs. There were roaches on the floors and a couple tiny ones were found on the counter top and wall. Even with the home being backed up to a wooded area, we believe it could be sprayed for better control. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Perfect place for a beach getaway! Small and quaint, close to 30A beaches and not too far from Destin or PCB. Loading dock a short walk away from the tiny home if you’re looking to load a boat or just take out a kayak. My only complaint would be the bugs and the beds weren’t very comfortable. Quite a few creepy crawlers lurking around inside the home, but it is backed to the woods so it’s to be expected, and the mattresses seemed a bit thin. I also wish there was a broom or some cleaning supplies to clean the counters after use. Overall, we enjoyed this tiny home! The price and location were very hard to beat.
