About this house rental
Come and stay in this great place with lots of room for fun. It is close to St. Vital Mall and Downtown, 25 minutes away. The home is equipped with brand-new furnishings and modern amenities to ensure your comfort. Open-concept living space with a large custom kitchen, set in a fresh and secure environment. This is a stay you won’t regret. Welcome to my place!
The space
Welcome to my cozy, newly built 1508-square-foot home designed with your comfort in mind. You’ll enjoy the entire main and upper levels of this 2-story house during your stay. Upstairs, you’ll find two comfortable guest bedrooms and a full bathroom for your use. (A third bedroom on this floor will remain closed.)
The living room opens to a cozy dining room and the kitchen. The living room has ample seating and a flat-screen TV to watch Netflix. The kitchen comes fully equipped with an electric cooktop, convection oven, lots of countertop space, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, cookware and a large stainless steel fridge.
For your peace of mind, please note that the basement is occupied, but it’s a completely separate and private space—so you’ll still have the main and upper levels entirely to yourself. We look forward to hosting you and making your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible!

The two guest bedrooms and a full bathroom are on the second floor of my 2-story house. There's a third bedroom located on the second floor as well that's not accessible.
The kitchen, living room, dining room and a half bathroom are all on the main floor.
Other things to note
The trash bin is located in the cabinet close to the sink in the kitchen.
Smoking is not allowed in any part of the house.
