Lovely stay, very comfortable and cosy. Has everything you need with lots of kitchen appliances, fridge and freezer space, coffee and tea all ready for you alongside cleaning supplies. Nice location and easy to get to LCC.

The location for us between family members we were visiting was great. Having two bedrooms was nice too and somewhere to sit and relax after returning to the house. It was a spacious property.
On arrival I needed to hoover the upstairs and put the radiators on as it was very cold. The bathroom floor in the ensuite was dirty as were a couple of the towels also. In the main bedroom there were still dirty makeup wipes, tester perfume bottle on the floor and a used tissue. The blind in the bedroom had a strip missing. There was no handle on the ensuite door. The toilet seat in the main bathroom was broken, the downstairs toilet was dirty on arrival too. The door handle on the downstairs toilet came off each time you used it. In the kitchen two of the chairs were very wobbly and I thought they would collapse. The tap in the kitchen was dripping the entire stay and at some times it was more running than dripping. There were quite a few cobwebs and bits on the floor downstairs and the sofas. The property had many patches on the walls that had been filled but needed to be sanded down and repainted.
