Fantastic apartment. Well equipped kitchen, comfy sofas and beds, very clean throughout. Easy to get to the centre of Birmingham with a tram stop a few minutes walk away. Loved exploring Edgbaston before we all went to watch the European Athletics Championships! Excellent value.
Loved it all.

Lovely spacious apartment. Beds comfy. Showers nice and hot.
Everything was provided for self catering.
Check in process and barrier issues.

Location was convenient for myself
Facilities are fantastic
No one to speak to from Charles hope. For five days couldn’t get the engineer to look at a noisy boiler and to repair wardrobe rail. Getting cleaners was not easy as well.

The bed was comfortable.
My bedroom window was facing the bags of garbage. So much so I can hear garbage thrown to the ground outside and furthermore noisy when garbage was up picked between 5.30am to 6.30am.
Please take into consideration we might need to open our window for ventilation.
