The location is excellent. Very close to main square and many other attractions. The location is the primary reason to the overall score given.
The apartment is in need of maintenance. The stair rail is dangerously unstable. The upstairs shower is either scolding hot or freezing cold. The water fall nozzle doesn't work at all. The mismatched bar stools depend so far when sat on that the breakfast bar is at eye level. The sofa was at a rather odd sitting angle making it very uncomfortable. The combination of the defective bar stool and odd sofa meant there was no where to comfortably sit in the whole appartmemt. The lower bed room floor is covered in loose off cuts of astro turf type carpet and juding by the mirror wall and large wall bracket is a converted gym without actuallybeing upgraded to a bedroom.. People should also be aware when considering booking that although there is a lift it is accessed by a flight of stair so not suitable for those with mobility problems. Also although it is pet friendly they increased the pet charge at the very last minute from €50/stay (which i thought was high anyway) to €50/pet, which for our 2 dogs is almost equivalent to a whole extra night!! Given late charge there was no choice but to pay it.
