Nice apartment

The apartment was nice, big, and spacious, located in a secure, closed residence with a beautiful swimming pool and palm trees. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Honest review, please read!

There wasn't anything to like. The property was mis-sold.

We arrived late on the day of arrival so didn't see the 'flaws' until the morning. To start with, there were yellow stains on the sheets, the property dries their sheets flat on the ground where the stray cats and dogs do their business, so those yellow stains speak for themselves. There was a fly infestation in one of the bathrooms, and ants crawling up and down the shower and on the floor There were sticky stains on the floor by the front door and kitchen, and in a bathroom brown stains were covered by a shower mat. The towels smelt damp and musty and the whole place was just uninviting. Now, the Biggie was the swimming pool, we booked this remote place fld quiet, relaxation and a heated outdoor pool...what we found was nothing short of a derelict, algae breeding ground, loved by ducks. The pool area was unsafe, broken tiles, cement bags, broken sun loungers just dumped, it was just an awful site. At this moment we called the host and expressed our concerns. He said he would send in a cleaner, that was not going to cut it. He also said there was a storm a couple of days before, hence the state of the pool, which insults our intelligence, this pool has had no maintenance in months! They refused to refund us. We followed the proper channels and contacted booking.com and said we were leaving and wanted a refund for the remainder of the days booked. The hosts refused, but also stopped responding to our communication. To add, the cleaner never arrived. When we were leaving a cleaner turned up and said she was there to clean the apartment as we were departing. Which confirms the host read our emails. We are now in the process of claiming our money back through our bank and will be sending the photos to the Morocco tourists board. Do not spend your hard earned money here.
