Unreal value for money!

It is my favourite place to stay in Tropea. The location is perfect! I love that is has a kitchen and a balcony and it feels private.

No complaints at all!

5 / 10

Don’t stay there

Close to beach and shops, restaurants

3rd floor appartment (60 steps) in photos look bigger, very small appartment. We are travelling for a month so it would have helped to know that it was on the 3rd floor, i would have never booked. The owner should have mentionned that it was in a ztl zone in description with historical center. It was a real dilemma to get there. He offered to pay taxi to get from parking to appartment. 46 euros to pay taxi. Never did pay. Mattress needs to be changed Springs popping out The shower is very confined couldn’t even move to wash ourselves. What a joke.

Totally amazing.

Great service from host. Air conditioner worked amazing, central location. Great amenities. Washing machine was nice.

Bring your own toilet paper.

Good location, poor host

Perfect location in the old town.

No Wi-Fi with very poor mobile reception is a disqualier for this place. The host also charged us extra €15 €for late check-in, because there was a traffic jam and we arrived at 20:35, only 5 minut after the cut-off time. He said It's about respect and if we don't like it we can look for anither place. Its also a matter of respect to pay €20-30 a month to provide internet when guests are paying over €150 per night. It's also about respect not to come before check-out time and put pressure on the guests to leave.

The apartment is in the very centre of Tropea but nevertheless quiet. It is nicely furnished. Everything is really new. Frederico is a great host always taking care.
