Terrible. Book anywhere else, literally.

The only positive is that you have the option to book anywhere but here.

-we are asked repeatedly via email and bookings message to send money. I reported it to booking and they told me, under no circumstances, to send any money, it was a scam. -the above should have been enough to cancel the booking but we didn’t, unfortunately. Ten minutes before check in time we received a message to say the room was no longer available. -didn’t see the message until we’d already arrived. Lady arrived smiley but steely eyed to tell us only the superior apartment was available at considerable extra cost. We asked for the new apartment but at the same price we’d booked for six months ago. -she said, no. Either pay the full price or cancel. -we’d been traveling all day so felt we had no option but to accept. -terrible wif -very large water container in the bathroom so larger people like me have to shower with the door open. -she’s illegally subletting. -no tea/coffee, soaps DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY!

Location is convenient Walking distance to old town

Nothing is provided No soap No shampoo No washing laundry No rubbish bin and or rubbish bag in the kitchen The kitchen only provides 2 spoons, 2 forks, 2 knife, 2 glasses, 2 cups If you want to cook you dont have enough basic bowls and plates to serve 1 pot provided and didn’t work for the induction stove Only the work works The mattress is the worst, cheap and uncomfortable, each time one person moves wakes another one up. I had the worst 2 nights sleep and in the end I moved to the couch

La personne qui loue l’appartement n’existe pas quand je suis arrivé sur place, on a annulé ma réservation et la propriétaire m’a dit que c’était des escrocs qui agissait ainsi. J’ai envoyé un message à Booking.com pour obtenir de l’aide. Je n’ai encore aucune réponse à ce jour cinq jours après j’ai dû réserver le jour même à Phuket, un hôtel soit trois fois le prix initial
