Peaceful country house to relax or use as a base for Yosemite visitation. (Especially recommend taking the nearby YARTS bus into the Park's Valley floor). Full kitchen, laundry, huge main bedroom. Dark skies allowed seeing the milky way right outside the front door and back patio. Got to feed apples to the mules and get fresh eggs from the hen house.
Dry seasonal conditions create concerns about regional wildfires and smoke -- nothing the property owner can do about fire bans and climate change.

Great location, lovely clean property and an extra bonus with the horses and chickens! We loved the old-school American decor.

Wonderful place and we loved every minute of our stay. Very comfortable and just lovely to have the chickens and horses around, plus of course the fresh eggs in the morning, fire in the evening. Fantastic base to explore Yosemite NP.
