In need of maintenance

Good location and parking. Spacious apartment. Well equipped mostly. Beds comfortable

Very hot and only thick duvets provided. Apartment was not very clean - carpets need a good deep cleaning, table in lounge was full of dirty marks (that we cleaned off) oven trays dirty. The apartment is very tired. The toilet in the en suite trickles constantly - we managed to stop this by lifting the cistern lid each time it was flushed but needs fixing as the cleaners had left it running. Front door was wide open when we got there (internal door) - the door us hard to close. The chairs to the dining table are falling apart - they are wobbly, screws loose and dangerous. Only one bulb left working in main bathroom. All windows are hard to close and some handles are in danger of coming off. Generally needs a lot of maintenance
