This was a very nice, spacious apartment that was well presented and had lots of additional cooking and other equipment that some people might want, although I did not use but at least it was provided. The instructions for entry were clear and provided in good time, not just at the last minute like some places do. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from bus stops served by multiple services into the main Manhattan Bus Station, Port Authority Bus Station, from where you can get anywhere in New York easily either by catching a second bus or a train from the adjacent metro station.
The apartment is in a safe residential area.
The only minor thing that I picked up was that the bath does not drain very well - perhaps the drain line might be a little blocked?

Clean, complete amenities, near bus stops
Stairs, not for oldies, and with heavy luggages

It was quite and comfortable.
It didn't have the sleeping accommodations listed on Booking.com. There were supposed to be three beds (a queen and two sofa beds). There was only a queen, a blow-up queen and two sofas. We were told only one of the sofas was a sofa bed, but the owner said it wasn’t comfortable. They suggested we use the blow-up bed instead. The blow-up bed occupied nearly half of the living room space.
