Repeated cockroach incidents, poor cleanliness standards, and a sleepless night

Nothing. The repeated cockroach incidents, lack of sleep, and concerns regarding cleanliness made this a very disappointing experience from start to finish.

This was one of the most disappointing accommodation experiences I have had. The apartment had serious cleanliness issues, including cockroaches and dead insects. While customer service responded to messages, I was left to deal with the initial situation myself during the night and had to purchase insecticide at my own expense. Despite being informed that the apartment had been thoroughly cleaned and inspected, I found another cockroach afterwards. Overall, I cannot recommend this property.

Nothing bad

Worst experience of 2025

The best and location were perfect.

The security was shit. The door has 1 lock on it with an automated sliding door across that anyone could enter, and if they wanted to kick the door in multiple nights, I had people knocking on my door and shouting being loud for no reason at 1am. I had to leave early as the owner was not helping any of the problems. I left on the 9th of August. My stay was booked till the 15th. I contacted the owner asking for compensation, and they basically told me to deal with it myself. If you want a safe location, I do not recommend this place.
