Comfortable stay.
Location was good near the train line with easy access to Rome, and Anzio/ Nettuno.
Note that the coast is not really in walking distance (doable, but far).
Pamela's communication was very good. Due to train strikes on check in day, I ended up coming into Lavinio by bus, Pamela offered to pick me up from the Piazza, rather than me walk the 45-60minutes with my bag, which was much appreciated.
Easy breakfast (pastry and coffee) at the Tabacchi/café next door.
