a localização é muito boa, a mobília e decoração, utensílios, dois ar condicionados e duas TVs foi um diferencial. Ter toalhas de piscina também me surpreendeu bastante, foi ótimo.
Não foram deixados sacos de lixo para substituirmos o lixo do banheiro e cozinha, não acho razoável que o hóspede compre saco de lixo, tivemos que usar sacolas de supermercado. A vassoura estava tão velha e tão esgarçada que era impossível farrear o apto com qualidade, isso acredito ser simples, comprar uma vassoura nova.
Uma observação é qto ao espaço da varanda, embora seja lindo ter um balanço era difícil abrir o varal de chão e usar a varanda, bem apertado.

The flat was perfectly located, extremely clean, and had a modern design. The staff were amazing, and I’m already looking forward to coming back for more fun.
Marliane, the host, is incredibly sweet — truly a gem. She was very professional, attentive, and made us feel completely at home.
The restaurants nearby are five-star quality, and the area feels very safe. The environment is beautiful, and we met so many interesting people. We even made new friends, including Daniel, a young boy who dreams of becoming a soccer player and sells food and drinks on the beach.
Wow! I could write a whole book about the unique experience we had at The Flat Pé na Areia. João Pessoa is a stunning city, and we highly recommend this flat.

Desde o check-in até o último minuto, tudo funcionou melhor do que eu esperava. Apartamento impecável, decoração única (digna de hotel 5 estrelas), tudo minimamente pensando para garantir momentos únicos. Parabéns aos anfitriões, pela cordialidade, atenção e respeito.

Flat muito bonito e confortável , novo e a vista é realmente incrível ! A anfitriã sempre muito solicita ao responder todas as dúvidas .Excelente localização dentro do bairro Bessa.
