The resort was beautiful, the staff was so attentive and sweet. The views were amazing and everything was super clean. Literally would stay there again.
The only critique I can say is the beds can be a bit softer, too stiff for my liking but I still slept well so it’s not a deal breaker for me. I would recommend having a little fridge with refreshments since there is no access to anything once lights are shut off. Lastly, guest should have a key to the side door by The gate as when we came home from a wedding the gate was closed and no one was opening the gate. I had to call my transport driver to get a hold of someone to open the gate.

El lugar muy cómodo y moderno
Empezamos mal desde la recepción, era un regalo de cumpleaños y la persona encargada no tuvo el mas mínimo tacto para realizar el cobro, después en la habitación encontramos 2 botellas de agua de cortesía vacías, y el dia de salida hice 3 llamadas y 3 mensajes para preguntar por el agua caliente de la dicha y solo recibí respuesta después de 20 min, claramente no es una atención buena y oportuna
Considero demasiado costoso el arreglo de decoración de cumpleaños por 150 mil teniendo en cuenta que solo fueron 6 bombas y el letrero de feliz cumpleaños el cual es demasiado económico en todas partes, no existieron pétalos ni siquiera un detalle de cumpleaños que comolementara la decoración
Les falta capacitar al personal en atención al cliente, revisar precios de adicionales y tener prudencia y tacto con los huéspedes
