It’s well located, but not exactly at the center of everything. Extremely clean, beautiful place. The host Gemma is super friendly and helpful, always available.
Nothing serious, but I would add a microwave. There’s cutlery, but nothing to cook or warm food.

If you want an extraordinary care of your host, this appartment is the right one for you. Gemma helped us with everything we needed, and at the end even allowed us to leave our luggage in the appartment before we went the airport. This place is also a great starting point for walking, museums, galleries, restaurants, market, etc., everything on the foot distance. The appartment was clean, equippped with bed linens, towels, cosmetics. Just a small note for those who can not climb to stairs- this type of appartment is not very suitable for them.
I would add at least some small MW owen and plates. I missed a bit a small kitchen place for occassional meal preparation.
Access to water only on the second floor and the coffee machine and the dinning table on the first floor- a bit effort to wash everything or fill the machine.

Deux salles de bains. Bel immeuble. La cafetière nespresso. Assez bien situé.
Ce n est pas un appartement deux chambres il n y a qu une chambre avec deux lits deux places il n y a même pas de séparation entre les deux lits. L appartement manque de charme malgré le plafond typique de la chambre. L atmosphère est trop froide cela fait plus chambre d hôtel que location. Le séjour est trop sombre. Le problème d un seul jeu de clés avec 4 portes a ouvrir. Quand une personne reste à l intérieur et que les autres partent avec les clés elle se retrouve enfermée car d autres locataires ferment les portes de l intérieur et sans clé aucun moyen de sortir. La Clim était très efficace mais elle s est coupée la dernière nuit aucun moyen pour la remettre en marche. A signaler la douche du haut fuit. L insonorisation n est pas top notamment avec la deuxième location. On est dans le même appartement coupé en deux résultat dans la partie commune aux deux appartements cela résonne dans les appartements.
